The room: We got a Resort King, which I would highly recommend. For us, that was nearly impossible since we don't gamble much. you don't start collecting points until you have accrued 2000 points.

This includes your room, the buffet, the gift shop. You get 10% off on everything except alcohol. Also, a note here that she mentioned: MAKE SURE YOU GET A PLAYERS CARD RIGHT AWAY. The woman who checked us in was quite affable and worked hard to get us checked in as fast as she could. The valet was very friendly and helpful (this was a trend for ALL staff that we encountered at the hotel.) Check-in was a bit slow, but they had some new hardware and a new computer system, and glitches happen. The valet is free, but we tipped $5 anyway. Getting to the right door was a bit tricky, but the valet for the casino told us where to go to check in to the hotel. My partner and I went here to watch a show, and decided to make a weekend of it. It's a great nearby getaway for anyone in the Western Washington area. And right next door a large outlet mall, plus a newly opened Cabella's, so there's shopping for everyone! We'll definitely return. But I don't think enough people are aware what a classy hotel this is. This hotel has a four star rating, and it's well deserved. It was a very thoughtful and over-the-top effort in hospitality. The hotel manager actually sought out and found us at our dinner table and introduced himself (Shane) and welcomed us by name. The friends we were with were celebrating an anniversary. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The bed and all the furnishings were very comfortable. The bathroom and multi-head shower is enormous. The rooms are very spacious, thoughtfully and creatively decorated with a Northwest Native American theme and quite luxurious. The hotel is a quiet, calming haven in contrast with the frenetic energy of the casino. It was our second time staying at the hotel, and we were looking forward to it as we remembered how surprisingly nice the rooms were. We stayed at the Tulalip Resort Casino on a package deal with a show that we wanted to see.
